Answer;
Why show blue screen and the OS keep restarting..?

When the OS is installed on the bad drive, it will display a blue screen and the OS keep restarting

I've been fixing bad sectors with HDD Regenerator and install the OS on this drive. Why blue screen appears and the OS keep restarting ...?
When the OS is installed in a place that has a history of bad sectors, it is possible, on this drive will appear new bad sectors in another place.

The characteristics of the emergence of new bad sectors in another place:
1. OS keep restarting
2. show blue screen

So, what must be done ..?
  1. Fix bad with HDD Reegenerator or another software. Make sure, scan and repair from 0 until end sectors.
  2. Separate areas that have a history of bad sectors, with partitions.
  3. Install OS in an area that does not have a history of bad sectors.
After bad repaired, which should be done:
1. Separate areas that have a history of bad sectors, with partitions.
2. Quick format, this area
3. Delete the drive letter, after the create partition
4. Do not use this drive to save files or OS

I've followed the above instructions, and after the OS install is complete, a blue screen appears and the OS keep restarting. What should I do..?

  • Most likely, though it has been repaired, the new bad sectors, will always appear on your hard disk. If the conditions are like this, what should be done is the Low Level Format (use software HDD Low Level Format).

How do I perform the Low Level Format..?

1.  Remove the bad hard drive, connect it as an external hard drive
2.  Install HDD Low Level Format (full version) on the another PC / Laptop
3.  Settings the PC/Laptop with HDD Low Level Format software on it · Turn off screen saver
·      -  Open Power Options. Turn off the display = Never, Put the computer to sleep = Never
           (on battery or plugged in)
·      -  Delete all Scheduled Tasks
·      -  Disconnect Internet connection
·      -  Open AutoPlay on Control Panel. Uncheck “Use AutoPlay for all media and devices”
4.  Connect HD bad
5.  Open HDD Low Level Format and follow the instruction
6.  After LLF is finish, give a break bad drive (1 hours or more)
7.  Install the OS on the drive. You can create a new partition, in accordance with your wishes.
